常見問題
沒有聲音？
第一次打開要先點「拉開電池絕緣片」，這一下同時會打開聲音。之後同時按住 A 和 C 可以開關聲音。
怎麼重新開始養一隻？
按住機身右上角的 RESET 小孔 1.5 秒，再按確定。寵物死掉時，同時按住 A 和 C 會生出新的蛋；在小工具上是按 B。
怎麼把小工具加到主畫面或鎖定畫面？
主畫面：長按空白處 →「編輯」→「加入小工具」，搜尋「電子寵物」。鎖定畫面：長按鎖定畫面 →「自訂」→「加入小工具」。
在小工具上按鍵，反應有點慢？
長按小工具 →「編輯小工具」，把「按鍵嗶聲」關掉。按鍵會直接在小工具裡處理，反應最快。
換手機的話，寵物會跟過去嗎？
不會。存檔只在這台裝置上，我們沒有伺服器幫你備份。詳見隱私權政策。
網頁版可以像 app 一樣從主畫面打開嗎？
可以。在 iPhone 的 Safari 打開 pet.zoonster.com，按「分享」→「加入主畫面」。

Questions, bugs or ideas about the Zoonster virtual pet? Email support@zoonster.com. It helps to include your device model and iOS version (or browser), what happened and how to make it happen again, plus a screenshot or screen recording if you have one. For partnerships and press, write to hi@zoonster.com.
- No sound? Tap the battery pull-tab when you first open the game. After that, hold A and C together to toggle sound.
- Start over? Hold the RESET hole at the top right for 1.5 seconds and confirm. When your pet has died, hold A and C (or press B on the widget) for a new egg.
- Widget feels slow? Edit the widget and turn off key beeps; presses are then handled inside the widget.
- New phone? Your save stays on the device it was made on. There is no cloud backup.
