一句話：我們不收集你的任何個人資料。
- 不用註冊、不用登入，沒有帳號。
- 寵物存檔只存在你自己的裝置上，不會上傳。
- 沒有廣告、沒有分析追蹤、沒有第三方 SDK。

以上由獨立創作者「八零後小怪獸」經營，下文稱「我們」。
電子寵物存了哪些資料

- iPhone app：存在 app 自己的儲存空間，以及 iOS 的鑰匙圈（Keychain），讓 app 和小工具看到同一隻寵物。這筆鑰匙圈資料設定為不同步到 iCloud。
- 網頁版：存在你瀏覽器的本機儲存空間（localStorage）。瀏覽器也會快取遊戲本身的檔案（程式、圖片、音效），讓遊戲打開得更快、沒網路時也能開。
這些資料不會傳給我們，也不會傳給任何人。我們沒有接收這些資料的伺服器。
我們不做的事
- 不收集姓名、Email、電話、位置、聯絡人、照片或裝置識別碼。
- 不使用 cookie 或類似的追蹤技術。
- 不放廣告，也不使用分析或廣告 SDK。
- 不賣、不分享任何人的資料。
App 權限
app 不會要求定位、相機、麥克風、照片、聯絡人、健康或通知權限。app 開啟了 iOS 的背景播放聲音功能，只用來在你按小工具的按鍵時播出嗶聲。
怎麼刪除資料
- 網頁版：在瀏覽器設定裡清除 pet.zoonster.com 的網站資料。
- iPhone app：按住機身右上角的 RESET 小孔 1.5 秒並確認，寵物會重設成一顆新蛋，舊存檔被取代。刪除 app 會移除 app 的資料；不過 iOS 可能在刪除 app 後仍保留鑰匙圈裡的存檔，重新安裝時寵物可能還在，這時再重設一次即可。
zoonster.com 網站
- 公開頁面不使用 cookie，也沒有分析或廣告追蹤。zoonster.com/team 是團隊內部區域，只有團隊成員會登入；登入後會存一個維持登入狀態的 cookie，30 天後失效。
- 網站和電子寵物網頁版由 Cloudflare 代管。和所有網站主機一樣，Cloudflare 為了把網頁送到你手上、防範攻擊，會處理連線所需的技術資料，例如 IP 位址和瀏覽器類型。詳見 Cloudflare 隱私權政策。
- 網站上的 Instagram 連結會帶你離開本站，之後適用 Meta 的隱私權政策。
寫信給我們
如果你寫信到 hi@zoonster.com 或 support@zoonster.com，我們會看到你的 Email 地址和信件內容，只用來回覆你，不會加進任何名單。這兩個信箱透過 Cloudflare 轉寄到我們的 Gmail 信箱。
兒童
我們不收集任何人的個人資料，包括 13 歲以下的兒童。
政策變更
之後如果新增功能（例如推播通知、好友對戰）而改變資料的處理方式，我們會先更新這一頁，並修改上方的日期。

In short: we don't collect any personal data.
- No sign-up, no login, no accounts.
- Your pet's save stays on your own device and is never uploaded.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs.
What this covers
The Zoonster virtual pet iPhone app and its Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, the web version at pet.zoonster.com, and the website zoonster.com. They are run by the independent creator 八零後小怪獸 (smallmonster80s), "we" below.
What the virtual pet stores
The pet's state (age, weight, hunger, happiness, health and so on), the time it was saved, and your settings such as sound on/off. In the iPhone app this is kept in the app's own storage and in the iOS Keychain, so the app and its widgets show the same pet; the Keychain item is set not to sync to iCloud. On the web it is kept in your browser's local storage, and the browser also caches the game's own files so it opens quickly and works offline. None of this is sent to us or anyone else; we have no server that receives it.
What we don't do
We don't collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, contacts, photos or device identifiers. We don't use cookies or similar tracking, show ads, or include analytics or advertising SDKs. We don't sell or share anyone's data.
App permissions
The app doesn't ask for location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts, health or notification access. It uses iOS background audio only to play key beeps when you press the widget's buttons.
Deleting your data
Web: clear the site data for pet.zoonster.com in your browser settings. iPhone app: press and hold the RESET hole at the top right of the device for 1.5 seconds and confirm to start over with a new egg. Deleting the app removes its data, but iOS may keep the Keychain save after the app is deleted; if your pet is still there after reinstalling, reset it once.
The zoonster.com website
The public pages use no cookies, analytics or ad tracking. zoonster.com/team is an internal area for our team only; signing in there stores one cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days. The site and the web version of the pet are hosted by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes the technical data needed to deliver pages and protect against attacks, such as IP addresses and browser type; see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Instagram links take you off the site, where Meta's privacy policy applies.
Emailing us
If you write to hi@zoonster.com or support@zoonster.com, we see your email address and message and use them only to reply. Both addresses are forwarded to our Gmail inbox through Cloudflare.
Children
We don't collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes
If a future feature (such as notifications or playing with friends) changes how data is handled, we will update this page first and change the date above.
